For printed the commodity code is 310-070-610-0500 and is located in Group 33 of the price sheet. For plain the commodity code is 310-070-610-0400 and is located in Group 32.
Additionally, Amendment 1 added envelope x-310-530-730-0145 located under Type 1, Group 6. This description has been removed, and this commodity can be purchased under 310-530-730-0145. This amendment supersedes Amendment 1.
