The discounted percentages from the vendors' published Retail Price List (MSRP) have been reprinted into the above table for customer access and verification. Balance of Line product lists should be requested from the supplier, and must provide at least the level of savings offered after the vendor's response to "Discount for Balance of Line" items offered by the contractor as a percentage off of the Contractor's currently published retail price list: (Must be in excess of 25%) |

Please note the following two statements contained within ITB Section 2.08: |

1) "State Agencies shall not purchase a BOL item which was awarded as an item of bid to another vendor on this contract, except in accordance with state term contract exception procedures set forth in Rule 60A-1.008(4), Florida Administrative Code." |

2) "Eligible Users may purchase off of the BOL, or may competitively bid any BOL item without contract exception." |
