CSS Test, Inc. has added a new 6-panel Drug Screen Test manufactured by Drug Check, Inc.
This contract has been renewed with all current contractors for an additional twelve (12) month period, and is now effective through January 31, 2009.

ACON Combination drug abuse testing devices offered by Capital Medical and Surgical, Inc. have been added to the subject contract (items # 27A, 29A, 31A, 33A, 35A, 39A, 42B, 42C, 69A, 71A, 73A, 75A, 77A, 81A).
PharmChem, Inc. has been removed from the subject contract due to failure to meet Fee Processing reporting requirements. Their awarded State Term Contract products have been assigned to Kroll Laboratory Specialists.
A 9-panel combination drug abuse testing device offered by Varian, Inc. has been added to the subject contract (item #42A).
Kroll Laboratory Specialists has been added to this contract. The Pharmview line of hand held drug testing devices, manufactured by ACON, has been purchased by Kroll Laboratory Specialist from PharmChem, Inc. All of these items on this contract have been changed from PharmChem to Kroll Laboratory Specialists. Kroll Laboratory Specialists will supply these items to the State of Florida at the same prices, terms, and conditions as stated in the original contract.
