Title: Dietary Supplements & Vegetable Protein Dinners
The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
- Novartis Nutrition Corporation was acquired by Nestle Healthcare Nutrition, Inc. and has been removed from the contract under the name of Novartis on the Certification Page and the Contract.
- Nestle Healthcare, Inc. has agreed to current contract terms for Novartis. Product name changes, ordering instructions, authorized dealers and balance-of-line products have been updated to reflect the merger of these companies and product lines. The following product changes are:
- Name change: Commodity #388-600-560-3000 and #388-600-560-3200 changed from Resource for Kids to Boost® KE.
- Product Package Change: Commodity #388-600-542-0076 Boost Plus®, Vanilla changed from cans to bottles.
- Nestle Value Customer Instructions and Product List has been included for your assistance with this contract.
