TITLE: Copying Equipment, Multifunctional and Specialty Application Devices

 

The subject contract is revised as follows:

  1. The contract is renewed for one year through May 20, 2006.
  2. There is included on this renewal Amendment 1 to provide Lease Terms and Conditions.
  3. Canon USA has opted not to renew.

 

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
