The contractor Xerox Corporation, Inc. has made substitutions at the same or improved prices.

The Contractor Panasonic Digital Document Company, has posted revised Ordering Instructions
The contractor Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has made substitutions at the same prices.
The contractor Xerox has substituted Model No. DC430for the Type I/Class 3: DC426, at the same prices. The contractor Savin has revised Supply Prices +10% in accordance with paragraph 2.078 (C) Supply Costs. Contractors Lewis Digital, Panasonic, and Toshiba, have revised Ordering Instructions.
The contract is renewed for one year through May 20, 2006. There is included on this renewal Amendment 1 to provide Lease Terms and Conditions. Canon USA has opted not to renew.
The subject contract has been revised to include revised Ordering Instructions and Authorized Dealers for Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc.
Sharp Electronics Corporation has made several substitutions.
For Type II/ Class V, Savin / Ricoh Corporation is substituting the new Model 4075 for Model 2575. This substitution is at no additional cost to the State.
Imagistics International Inc. is substituting Model im8130 for the Model DL850. Pricing is better for the newer model.
Contractors Lanier Worldwide, Inc. and Savin Corporation have met all required contract requirements and is hereby reinstated to this contract.
Contractors Lanier and Savin are not included in this renewal.
Sharp has substituted several models.
Contract Administrator change from Thomas Butler to Charles Day.
Vendors Ricoh and Savin have been added to the contract.
