2A: Usage outside of 10% tolerance (section 3.02 (D)) shall be charged at gas daily FGT Zone 1, 2, 3 plus $0.109/MMBTU within capacity. Outside capacity shall be FGT Zone 3 plus $0.45 plus Fuel plus LDC charges per MMBTU.
2B: Regular usage outside of capacity will be priced at State Average Capacity costs plus $0.109/MMbtu and all pass through costs.
2C: In the event of severe under use the following will apply:
Credit for Turnback Gas:
For Turnback Gas that Buyer elects to turn back by the deadline for Swing Gas for the same day of flow the amount credited to customer's account shall be lowest of the published Gas Daily Midpoint Index prices for FGT Zones 1, 2 or 3 for the day the gas is to be turned back, reduced by an additional $.05 per MMBtu. This amount is then increased by the pipeline fuel percentage, and any applicable Transporter's usage.
For Turnback Gas that Buyer notifies IEI after the deadline for Swing Gas for the same day of flow, the amount credited to Buyer's account shall be either (i) the daily Market Price reduced by an additional $.05 per MMBtu for the day the gas is to be turned back, or (ii) shall be included on Buyer's monthly Imbalance. Buyer must choose either of these options at the time Turnback Gas is requested.
