The following changes have been made to the subject contract:

1. The Subject contract has been renewed through December 31, 2013 at the same terms and conditions.

2. Infinite Energy, Inc. has agreed to a price decrease to become effective on January 1, 2009. The Department has approved an updated Price Sheet.

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
