Amendments
Amendment 2 (18 December 2008)
The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
1. The Subject contract has been renewed through December 31, 2013 at the same terms and conditions.
2. Infinite Energy, Inc. has agreed to a price decrease to become effective on January 1, 2009. The Department has approved an updated Price Sheet.
Amendment 1 (14 February 06)
The "Department Program Surcharge" mentioned in Section 3.02 (B) of the subject contract is 1% and is authorized by 287.1345 of the Florida Statutes.
