Amendments
Mercury Marine has added two 250 hp boat motors to the State Contract in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
Central Florida Yamaha has introduced the Honda and Yamaha 2008 Boat Motor lines and submitted new manufacturer’s pricelists in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The Contract Price Lists have been revised to reflect these changes.
Mercury Marine has revised their Ordering Instructions.
BRP US, Inc. has introduced the Evinrude and Johnson 2007 Boat Motor lines and submitted new manufacturer’s pricelists in accordance with the terms of the Contract.The Contract Price Lists have been revised to reflect these changes.
Effective September 22, 2006, the Contract Administrator has been changed from Jim Den Bleyker to Christopher Walker.
The subject State Term Contract has been renewed through January 31, 2008 at the same discounts, terms and conditions by the following Contractors:
- BRP US, Inc. (D)
- Central Florida Yamaha, Inc. (B)
- Mercury Marine – Division of Brunswick Corp. (A)
Additionally, the following changes have been made to the subject contract:
