Amendments
Effective September 22, 2006, the Contract Administrator has been changed from Jim Den Bleyker to Christopher Walker.
The Subject contract has been renewed through September 30, 2007 at the same prices and conditions for the following Specifications only:
- 070-100-400; Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-410; FHP Marked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-420; FHP Unmarked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
The following two Contractors remain on the State Contract:
- Duval Motors (DBA) Duval Ford
- Milton Ford (DBA) Orville Beckford Ford Mercury
All other specifications and their contractors are deleted.Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
Option No. 6001, Automatic Fire Suppression System, has been inserted at a higher cost into the following Price Sheets (Commodity Codes; Description):
- 070-100-400; Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-410; FHP Marked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-420; FHP Unmarked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
Due to manufacturer’s price increases the Contractors were unable to maintain the original 2005 pricing of this option.This option can only be installed during the production of the vehicle.
Option No. 6001, Automatic Fire Suppression System, has been removed from the following Price Sheets (Commodity Codes; Description):
- 070-100-400; Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-410; FHP Marked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
- 070-100-420; FHP Unmarked Police Vehicle, Large, 4 Door Sedan (RWD)
This option is still available from the manufacturer and may be negotiated separately as a non-contract option.
In accordance with Secretary Lewis’ Memorandum to Agency Heads, dated May 23, 2006, the options for Additional or Extended Warranties are removed from this State Contract.
070-200-325 Large Size Vehicle, 4 Dr Sedan, Front Wheel Drive has been updated to replace the word âMalibuâ with âImpalaâ.
The Subject contract renewed through September 30, 2006 on Memorandum #4 inadvertently left out Commodity Number:

The subject Contract has the remainder of commodities originally bid and their Contractors added and the Contract is now complete.
