Title: Ammunition, Targets, Handcuffs, Pepper Spray & Less Lethal Munitions
·Section 2.06 has been revised to remove ambiguous contract language regarding minimum order quantities and shipping charges.The revised paragraph is copied below:
2.06 Delivery and Minimum Orders. All prices bid shall include delivery to Eligible Users within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Prices bid shall include delivery to the ordering agency for orders totaling $50 for ammunition, targets and handcuffs and $250 for pepper gas, less-lethal munitions and accessories. At the option of the Eligible User, purchases of less than $50 may be made on a local basis rather than in accordance with the contract.
