Title: Air Conditioners (Window/Wall Mount)

The following changes have been made to the subject contract in accordance with Section 5.8 Price Adjustments of the Contract stated in the Producer Price Index (PPI):

  • Price increase of 7.87% has been approved for MDM Commercial Enterprises, Inc. The contract price sheets have been revised to reflect the price increase. The price increase does not apply to the balance-of-line product #LT1430CR
