Title: Air Conditioners

The following changes have been made to the subject contract in accordance with Section 5.8, Price Adjustments of the Contract. The increase falls within the allowable amount stated in the Producer Price Index (PPI):

  • An 8% price increase has been approved for certain products for Friedrich Air Conditioning.
  • The contract price sheets have been revised to reflect the new prices for the affected 24 models.
