Cost for Additional Pickup Time - Time shall be kept within 15 minute intervals. (i.e. there is a 30 minute time limit to pick-up materials, the first 30 minutes is "No Charge" the rate of charge is based upon any additional time needed.

16-30 minutes multiplier x .50 of the per hour rate.

31-45 minutes multiplier x .75 of the per hour rate.
