MPH Industries will recommend Florida-based experts for local agencies to contact as expert witnesses. As an example, we would suggest contacting IPTM (Institute of Police Technology and Management) in Jacksonville. Factory-based expert witnesses are available. Costs for experts to appear are the responsibility of the requesting agency.

This is a department policy issue. Most officers check their radar with the supplied tuning forks at the beginning and end of a working shift. Local service providers can verify the accuracy of radar units and tuning forks. The MPH factory service department can provide this service, too.
