PRICING/ DISCOUNTS:
SATSair has established a pay-as-you go rate of $525.00 per hour for any flights taken in the conduct of business performed on behalf of the State under the established State Purchasing Agreement. The rate is based on an aircraft charter capable of carrying up to three passengers. Some restrictions apply such as passenger and cargo weights. SATSair will perform weight and balance calculations at time of reservation confirmation and notify customer accordingly.
Actual billing is based on occupied time and is recorded by the pilot using the Hobbs meter on the aircraft. And any travel outside the current service area will incur additional fees.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation policy requires a minimum 4 hour advance notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled trip time or cost of trip may be billed in full (100%) for loss of revenue.
