PRICING/ DISCOUNTS:

No discounts; standard rates apply. Dayjet fares are per seat, per person based on availability and flexibility of the traveler’s schedule for flights to/from airports called Dayports and Daystops. (These are full-service community and regional airports). Better flexibility of travel schedule can result in lower fares. Flights outside of these Dayports and Daystops will result in higher fares and possible charter of the aircraft.

SERVICE CHARGES:

To include, but not be limited to: flights outside of the current service area or flights not included in the Dayport/Daystop network will may result in additional services charges.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Passenger Charges for Changed or Cancelled Flight Reservations:

1)Changes or Cancellations Before 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the Day Before the Flight. If a passenger changes or cancels a Flight reservation transaction before 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the day before the Flight, the passenger will be charged $100.00 for the change or cancellation. If the Flight reservation is cancelled, the remainder of the amount paid for the reservation (after deducting the $100 fee) will be credited to the passenger’s account for future DayJet travel. If a change is made to a Flight reservation transaction, any additional cost of the change (including the $100 fee) will be charged to the passenger’s account or the amount of any reduction in the fare (after deducting the $100 fee) will be credited to the passenger’s account for future DayJet travel.

2)Changes or Cancellations After 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the Day Before the Flight But More Than Two Hours Before the Time Specified for Check-in. If a passenger changes or cancels a Flight reservation transaction after 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the day before the Flight, but more than two hours before the time specified for the passenger to check-in for the Flight (as indicated in the Flight itinerary sent to the passenger by DayJet specifying the check-in time for the Flight), the passenger will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the original fare for the Flight, as a fee for changing or cancelling the Flight reservation transaction. If the Flight is cancelled, the portion of the fare remaining (after deducting 50% of the original fare as a fee) will be credited to the passenger’s account for future DayJet travel. If a change is made to the Flight reservation transaction, any additional cost of the change (after deducting 50% of the original fare as a fee) will be charged to the passenger’s account or the amount of any reduction in the fare (after deducting 50% of the original fare as a fee) will be credited to the passenger’s account for future DayJet travel.

3)Changes or Cancellations Less Than Two Hours Before the Time Specified for Check-in. If a passenger changes or cancels a Flight reservation less than two hours before the time specified for the passenger to check-in for the Flight (as indicated in the Flight itinerary sent to the passenger by DayJet specifying the check-in time for the Flight), the passenger will be charged a fee equal to the fare for the Flight.

4)Arrival at Destination After Time Specified by the Passenger When Making the Reservation. If a Flight is not cancelled or delayed for reasons indicated in Paragraph G of this Section 3 above and arrives at the Flight’s destination after the time specified by the passenger as the latest arrival time for the Flight when making the reservation, DayJet will either:

a) Develop a travel alternative approved by the passenger; or

b) Credit an amount equal to the fare for the Flight to the passenger’s account for future DayJet travel.
