This insurance is purchased and administered by the department of management services, division of state purchasing. The outline of coverage shown below is provided as an overview; please refer to the insurance policy for specific information. DESCRIPTION OF ELIGIBLE AUTOS:
"Non-owned autos in the care, custody, and control of an eligible State entity."
DESCRIPTION OF COVERAGES AVAILABLE (Each option listed below is subject to the policy's terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits.):
- Bodily Injury and Property Damage Coverage - Indemnifies the insured (your Agency/University) for any sums which the insured shall have become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury sustained to any person and property damage.
- Medical Payments - Designed to pay for medical expenses of an insured who sustains bodily injury caused by an accident.
- Personal Injury Protection - Designed to pay first-party benefits for medical expenses, lost income, and funeral expenses.
- Physical Damage Coverage - Designed to pay physical damage losses for an auto on an all-risk basis.
LIMIT OF INSURANCE:
$500,000 per occurrence

- $500 Comprehensive
- $500 Collision
