The Department has authorized this Alternate Contract Sources for purchases to be made under the corresponding Department of Revenue's contract.

For non-state agency eligible users, the Alternate Contract Source clears the way for non-state agencies to use the contract without additional paperwork from the Department or Department of Revenue; however, such users are responsible for determining whether their local laws require additional terms or execution of a separate Alternate Contract Source.

Agencies need not submit PUR 7102 or otherwise obtain further Department approval before using the this Alternate Contract Source.
