SUBJECT: Contract No. 618-001-07-ACS

Title: Office and Classroom Supplies – USC Amendment

The following change has been made to the subject contract:

  • The U.S. Communities Contract has approved Amendment 5 to allow an increase of the furniture delivery service from $19.99 to $24.99 per order in dedicated markets effective immediately.
  • Dedicated markets are zip codes that are within 20 miles of an Office Depot store or customer service center or within a dedicated market.
  • A charge of $39.99 will be applied to the furniture delivery service that applies to zip codes that fall outside the local delivery area.
  • The furniture delivery service includes inside delivery, set-up, and removal of packing debris.
  • Contact your Office Depot sales representative for market specific information if you have any questions.
