The Department has authorized this Participating Addendum for purchases to be made under the corresponding WSCA contract.

For non-state agency eligible users, the Participating Addendum clears the way for non-state agencies to use the contract without additional paperwork from the Department or WSCA; however, such users are responsible for determining whether their local laws require additional terms or execution of a separate Participating Addendum.

To the extent that products or services are available under state term contract, State agencies must document a contract exception per Rule 60A-1.044(3), F.A.C., before buying from the WSCA contract.

Agencies need not submit PUR 7102 or otherwise obtain further Department approval before using the WSCA contract.
