Vendor Registration - Create your vendor account with the State of Florida or access and update your current registration.
Commodity Codes - Commodity codes are selected by vendors as part of their MFMP registration. These codes help organize the goods and services offered by vendors into the following: classes, group, item, details. In addition, the assigned commodity codes assist buyers in selecting the most appropriate product possible.
The commodity code Excel file can be used to search existing commodity codes by keywords.
eQuote - Informal bidding system for goods and services less than $25,000.00
Sourcing - Formal bidding system for goods and services more than $25,000.00
Vendor Bid System (VBS) - The public posting site for advertisements, grants, competitive solicitations, single source, public meetings, and agency decisions. (http://dms.myflorida.com/team_dms/vbsguide).
Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) - Join and conduct electronic invoicing with the State of Florida
Purchase History (Statewide Purchasing Subsystem View)(SPURSView) - Search and view other vendors who do business with the State of Florida, purchase order information and commodities and services
Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem (FLAIR) - The vendor resource to make inquiries into payments made by the State of Florida. The payment information is updated each evening for current day payments. This site does not show pending payments.
