Registering for the Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) allows vendors to create an electronic invoice online and send these invoices back to the State.

Following are the step by step instructions to assist you with Ariba Supplier Network registration:

Basic Registration - Register at http://supplier.ariba.com and click on the "Register Here" button in the middle of the screen. Follow the on-line instructions. Note that basic registration requires a DUNS number. There are 2 ways to obtain a DUNS number:

  • Online: Go to https://eupdate.dnb.com/requestOptions.html and click on the "DUNS number only" button. You will fill out your company information, submit the form and receive the DUNS number by mail in approximately 30 business days. This option is free. You may choose to expedite the process for $69 plus taxes and you will be sent your number in 1-5 business days.
  • Over the phone: If you are a supplier to the Federal Government you can obtain a number by calling 1-888-814-1435. You will need to supply your phone number and follow the prompts for a New DUNS number. The number is given immediately and is free.

Configuration - This step allows you to select how you would like to receive your purchase orders. After completing basic registration, log into your ASN account at https://supplier.ariba.com with the username and password created during registration, and select the link for "Technical Settings" under "Configuration". Note that for Non-Catalog orders you will want to select "Yes" so that you are able to receive orders when buyers type in your product/service instead of selecting it from your catalog.

Become a Trading Partner - Call the MyFloridaMarketPlace Customer Service Desk at 1-866-FLA-ePro and tell them that you have registered in the ASN and want to become a State of Florida Trading Partner. Please be prepared to provide them with your new ASN number and your Federal Tax ID. The Customer Service staff will take care of the rest.

An email will be sent to the ASN supplier support team for a response or by contacting the Ariba Supplier Network Help Desk by calling 1-888-89ARIBA (1-888-892-7422).
