Please Review: New MFMP Vendor Terms of Use

Attention MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendors:

The Department of Management Services recently revised the Terms of Use (TOU) for MyFloridaMarketPlace vendors. The new TOU went into effect April 28, 2009.

What's Different?

  • The previous TOU included three separate agreements between the vendor, the State of Florida and the State's Service Providers; these are now combined into a single agreement
  • The previous TOU also stipulated that disputes against two of the three agreements would be heard in California, not Florida. The new TOU stipulates all disputes will be heard in Florida
  • Overall, the new TOU are simpler and more vendor-friendly

If a vendor decides to reject or dispute the new TOU, they will no longer be a registered supplier on MyFloridaMarketPlace and, therefore not allowed to receive purchase orders through the Service.
