New! Vendor Username/Password Auto Reset

Attention MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendors:

Did you know in FYs 2007 and 2008, more than 12,000 vendors (an average of 18% of all vendor calls) contacted the MFMP help desk to reset their vendor registration username or password in MFMP?

With such a substantial number of help desk calls related to resetting password functions, MFMP recently developed enhanced functionality allowing vendors to automate this request and process themselves in a manner that is both more efficient and more vendor friendly.

Beginning January 31st, vendors will be able to reset their vendor registration password. Vendors will simply access the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Registration website and click the "I forgot my password link"; the system will then ask for a username or tax ID, followed a contact email address listed on the vendor registration account. An email will then be sent to that specific email address to verify and complete the updated vendor registration username / password.

This new functionality is scheduled to be released January 31, 2009, a great way to start the New Year.
