Vendor Performance Tracking (VPT) Information - The Vendor Performance Tracking application was created to provide a uniform vendor monitoring system which allows the State to rate vendor performance of their contractual service providers. The VPT application also allows other agencies to access the vendor's performance evaluations. Reporting capabilities are available within the application to allow searching for agencies.
Minority Vendors & OSD - State certification is Florida's premier stamp of approval for minority, women, and service-disabled veteran business enterprises. It is widely accepted across the State of Florida in the private sector as well as cities, counties, school districts, hospitals, water management districts and other quasi governmental entities. Additionally, the certification process is one of the most "user-friendly" applications in the State of Florida.
For vendors to receive MBE certification, a business must first register with MyFloridaMarketPlace and go to "New Vendor Registration". The vendor registration process allows a vendor to request minority certification through OSD and requires the vendor to identify its minority designation.
DFS Direct Deposit information - A guide for vendors on how to sign up for direct deposit, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and how to contact the Vendor Ombudsmen section about a payment.
Vendor Interactive Meetings - A great way to become familiar with vendor information and resources, the MyFloridaMarketPlace team hosts free, one-hour Vendor Interactive Meetings. Each online meeting begins at 12:00 noon EST and is accessible by logging in to WebEx and dialing a toll-free teleconference phone number. Agencies and those MFMP customers who work with vendors are encouraged to attend!
