MFMP Training Opportunities
Beginning in August 2008, the MFMP team will deliver ongoing training opportunities for our agency customers. Below is a schedule of the upcoming training sessions available throughout the state:

The following classes are offered on a monthly basis in Tallahassee and in the statewide cities above:
New Requester Training
Intended for new or beginner level agency customers who will be creating purchase requisitions. This training will cover system basics, creating catalog and non-catalog requisitions, receiving, creating Invoice eForms, system searches, etc.
Invoicing Training
Intended for Finance & Accounting professionals who work with MyFloridaMarketPlace, this training will cover reconciling, approving, and disputing Invoice Reconciliations, completing Invoice eForms, exceptions, electronic invoicing, invoicing roles and permissions, etc.
Analysis Training
Intended for beginner level agency customers who will use the Analysis tool in MyFloridaMarketPlace, however the customer should be familiar with the MFMP Buyer application and using it for purchase requisitions. This course will cover creating analytical reports, exploring Public Folders, customizing your Analysis home screen, how to increase report performance, etc.
**Due to the lack of invoice information currently available in Analysis, this is intended for Purchasing professionals.
Secure Reports Training
Intended for beginner level agency customers who utilize the secure reports website to assist in performing their daily job functions or are interested in learning how these reports could assist them in the future.
**Customers should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Please note: Other specialized classes will be offered at different times throughout the year in Tallahassee and registration will be available on this web page beginning July 18th.
