Attention MyFloridaMarketPlace Purchasing and F&A Liaisons,
To better assist our customers in making updates to SPURS account information, MyFloridaMarketPlace is introducing a new SPURS action form.
The PUR 7018 form can be found at the MyFloridaMarketPlace Web site: SPURS Action Request Form
Currently, customers are encouraged to submit this updated SPURS action request form to the MyFloridaMarketPlace Customer Service Desk at: buyerhelp@myfloridamarketplace.com
Beginning July 1, 2008, customers will be required to submit the completed form for any SPURS action requests. Submitting an incomplete form to the Customer Service Desk may delay the SPURS action request.
When submitting your request for any updates to SPURS accounts, please ensure that ‘SPURS ACTION REQUIRED’ is included in the subject line of the e-mail. This initiative will help to facilitate a quicker response from the Customer Service Desk and MFMP team.
