Please note Amendment #4 to State Term Contract 600-760-07-1(4) for Mail Processing Equipment and the Equipment Listing of Phase IV of postal meters being phased out of services as of December 31, 2008. Also noted is the USPS Rate Increase that will take into effect May 12, 2008.
