Effective June 19, 2009, the Lawn Equipment contract is amended as follows:
In accordance with contract paragraph 5.5 Product Additions / Deletions, new models have been added to the Ariens Company Gravely Products. In addition, replacement models have been added to their Gravely Commercial Walk-Behinds for those models that are now obsolete.
