Los Angeles County, Ca. and Office Depot, Inc. Contract 42595 Amendment No. 6
Los Angeles County has approved a new pricing structure providing Fixed Prices for a set period of times as per Amendment No. 6 (hyperlinked below) on all items with the exception of paper, toner and technology, that are contained in the BSD Big Book. This pricing contractually changes on 3/30/2009 with the exception that the State of Florida has requested and granted a 20 day delay before any new pricing takes effect. Therefore, the new prices shall be effective on: April 20, 2009 (date agreed on by DMS and Office Depot on 3/31/2009).
The contract Amendment No. 6 becomes an integral part of this message as does Office Depot's March 2009 message about this change.
Please note that the State of Florida Core Items are subject to change, we're currently reviewing Agency Spend and may make a realignment of SKU's based upon current data.
