Periodically, manufacturers choose to cutoff production of particular contracted Commodities during the term of a State Term Contract.Therefore, the Contractor(s) may be unable to accept orders or make delivery of certain contracted products once their manufacturers make these cutoff decisions.
State Term Contract No. 070-001-07-1, Autombiles & Light Trucks, may be affected by Manufacturers' Cutoffs. Upon notification of a Manufacturer's Cutoff for a contracted Commodity under this State Term Contract, the Division of State Purchasing shall post an amendment (see list below) to this Bulletin Board Notice providing the Commodity Code, Option Code (if applicable), affected Contract Districts, and scheduled Manufacturer's Cutoff date. This Notice is provided to assist Eligible Users of the Contract and allow them time to potentially place an order prior to the Manufacturer's Cutoff. Additionally, once a cutoff has occurred, the Division of State Purchasing shall place a notation in the Contract Price Sheet.
Please Note: Contractors of this State Term Contract are required to notify the Department of any known Manufacturers' Cutoffs, but they do not always receive notification from the manufacturers until after the cutoff has occurred.
This Notice shall remain in effect for the full term of State Term Contract No. 070-001-07-1, Automobiles & Light Trucks.
