GENERAL PUBLIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK: If payment is made by cash or cashiers check, a $300.00 cash deposit will be required for each car, stationwagon, van, or light truck at the time it is sold. All other items will require a cash deposit of 25% of the selling price.
Balance must be paid by 3:00 P.M. the following Monday or deposits will be forfeited.
The State of Florida reserves the right to remove from or add anything to the auction.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The state must receive a copy of the purchase order or a check before public inspection.
Pricing of items is provided on site by the State of Florida representative.
All information is derived from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed.
Items sold "as is - where they are", and with all faults and defects therein.
The item purchased immediately becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items are warrantied to conform to their description.
There are no warranties as to the merchantability or fitness of use, either expressed or implied, of any item in these auctions.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect each item and purchase accordingly.
All sales are final.
