Chapter 60B-2 - Delegation of Functions and Duties to the State University System
60B-2.004 Delegation. The functions and duties of the Department of Management Services, provided by Part II of Chapter 287, Florida Statutes, are hereby delegated to the State University System upon the adoption of any necessary rules pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, implementing this delegation for purchasing, leasing, or acquiring motor vehicles, aircraft and watercraft by the State University System.
