Current Remodeling Projects
In Fiscal Year 2004-2005, the Legislature appropriated $2 million for the Department of Management Services to renovate floors at state pool facilities. The Department chose to remodel one floor in Building 4050 at the Capital Circle Office Complex and three floors at the Turlington building. Once completed, the state will be able to accommodate in excess of 200 additional FTEs over previous utilization levels on the four floors.
