To aid in the procurement of rental space on behalf of the State of Florida, this site serves the State Agency Leasing Liaisons by providing access to account information. Agency liaisons serve a vital role in the partnership between each state agency, the Department of Management Services and the state's tenant broker representatives. Combining the knowledge of state agency's core service requirements with that of a real estate market expert improves the quality of space as well as reduces the costs of conducting the state's business.

Available Space in DMS Managed Buildings

Here, agencies can review space available information for buildings managed by the Department of Management Services. This includes any lease opportunities for Full Service Office, Non Full Service Office, Conditioned Storage and Unconditioned Storage.

Submit a Request for Needed Space

Here, agencies can request lease space. Once the RSN has been approved, the user agency as well as our Tenant Broker Representative is notified. This is the first step towards procuring rental space.

This online database of leasing opportunities allows agencies to compare price location, and services among a broad range of vendor lease space offerings.
