Available Space in DMS Managed Buildings

Here, agencies can review space available information for buildings managed by the Department of Management Services. This includes any lease opportunities for Full Service Office, Non Full Service Office, Conditioned Storage and Unconditioned Storage.

Submit a Request for Needed Space

Here, agencies can request lease space. Once the RSN has been approved, the user agency as well as our Tenant Broker Representative is notified. This is the first step towards procuring rental space.
