The Facilities Accountability Communication Tool (FACT) contains information on the activities, tasks and operation of the Facilities Program. It is a management tool that provides real-time information on the status of Fixed Capital Outlay construction projects, facility leases, inventory, operations, maintenance and construction projects. FACT utilizes an Oracle application to manage a variety of interactive data fields, which are routinely updated. |
